Quick Press

The Quick Press offers the user a quick and simple method for producing good quality KBr pellets. The Quick Press comes complete with the 7mm Die set. Using modest hand pressure, a clear pellet is produced. The pellet is formed inside of the metal collar. The 7mm collar is placed on the solid sample slide holder. Both a 1mm and 3mm Dies ser is available for micro sampling techniques. It is recommended that a Beam Condenser be used when analyzing micro samples of these two sizes (1 & 3mm).

Sampling Accessory Kit

The Sampling Accessory Infrared Kit consists of a comprehensive collection of accessories for the infrared laboratory. In addition to liquid and mull sampling accessories, the kit also contains a demountable 10cm gas cell, and evacuable KBr Beta Press. The Sampling Accessory Kit is available with either NaCl or KBr windows and configured for Dispersive or FTIR Spectrophotometers. The following accessories are packaged in a suitable storage case.
