The Buck Model 900 Mini-Fluorometer is a compact, field-portable filter based instrument capable of meeting most fluorescence method requirements. The 900 is available with several preconfigured lamp sources and matched excitation and emission filter sets.

Completely self contained unit with on-board software for signal averaging, calibration, kinetics, blank correction and data output.
Assortment of Mercury lamps and narrow-bank light emitting diodes to cover wavelengths from 350nm to 600nm.
Incorporates a variety of cuvette and test tube adapters for small sample volumes and specialized materials.
Ideally suited for direct measurement of naturally and artificially fluorescing materials such as chlorophyll, alkaloids (caffeine & nicotine), vitamins and pharmaceuticals, fluorescein and rhodamine tagging dyes, proteins and DNA materials, etc.
Easily changed lamp assembly and integrated filter sets allow complete flexibility in selecting the optimum analytical parameters.
12VDC power supply permits the system to be operated as a portable instrument in the field for environmental & ecological monitoring.
